As of August 2nd, we are now accepting patients directly from referring veterinarians. This expansion allows us to provide specialized care and advanced diagnostic services in a dedicated space, separate from the adjoining veterinary practice.
What to Expect When You Visit Us
Our outpatient facility operates on Fridays by appointment only, with referrals from your primary veterinarian. The process is designed to be seamless and convenient:
- Appointment Only: Our facility is open on Fridays, and appointments are required to ensure each patient receives the focused attention they deserve.
- Referral Process: To visit our facility, a referral from your primary vet is necessary. This ensures that our services are tailored to the specific needs of your pet.
- Client Payments: Payments are made directly to us on the day of your visit, streamlining the process for you and your pet.
- Efficient Reporting: We understand the importance of timely communication. The report from your pet’s ultrasound will be sent directly to your vet on the same day.
- Convenient Drop-Off: After dropping off your pet, you can expect to pick them up within 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the procedure. This allows you to get back to your day with minimal disruption, knowing your pet is in expert hands.
